Reinventing Work, Responsive org, Working forward, the Future of Work  – the terminology alone can be confusing. Which approach to choose, where to even start?


Well, start right now, and don’t limit your radius of inspiration. 
In collaboration with Andrea Strohmayr, an expert in organizational development and Service Designer, I have had the pleasure to develop our own approach towards culture change - a series of work practices titled Culture Hacks. 

Our ambition is to make culture change possible outside of multi-million transformation programs. 

Our aim is to empower every team to contribute towards a positive transformation: Individuals should be empowered to craft their own way of collaborating and organizations can evolve organically and based on real needs rather than the latest management fad. 

Pulling from the wisdom of agile, liberating structures, open space technology, management 3.0 and interviews with workplace front runners though LEAP Lab, Culture Hacks are bite-sized work practices which any team can experiment with and through these confidently start shaping their future workplace culture.
