The simple steps of LEAN Coffee: - Add topics to the Trello Board (one topic per card add in column labeled: QUESTIONS To Discuss / To do). This step will happen prior to our meeting on July 6 When we meet these steps will follow: - Quick explanation of topics put on the board. - Are there any overlap/duplicates? - Dot vote (x votes each). We will discuss topic with most votes first and do down the list for the lenght of the meetup - Each topic will be Timeboxed (x minutes) - When time's up, Thumps Indication (Up=“More”, Vertical=“Ambivalent”, Down=“Done”)
