The journey to reinvent our workplaces, balance business agility, and develop outstanding products is persistent.

Multiple thought communities are already experimenting and exploring what this looks like. It is a journey that requires many minds, ideas and frontrunners to come together.

Our vision is to invite experimenters from around the globe to gather for a 24 hour global dialogue online. Together we will  discuss the future of our workplaces with focus on our theme: “Explore our Potential for Disruption”.

How do we do this? What’s our container?

We will be using Open Space for our virtual dialogue. Open Space, a loose structure that is powered by five principles and one law.

The Five Principles

• Whoever comes is the right people.
• Wherever it happens is the right place.
• Whenever it starts is the right time.
• Whenever it’s over, it’s over.
• Whatever happens is the only thing that could have.
